Megumi and Shinsuke are themselves Chefs in Japan, specialized in Indian cuisine. They intensified their knowledge of regional cuisine with this 3 days intensive Goan classes.
We started with a visit to the fish market to pick up fresh fishes.
Followed by a fresh coconut grating session. Shinsuke is performing well
We covered 12 Goan recipes during the 3 days.
The result was great… and our talented chefs went back to Japan with a certificate.
