Introduction to Raw food
Introduction to Raw Food ( theoretical ) -
Raw foods, enzymes, health, nutrition and physiological benefit of raw foods.
The raw food kitchen – equipment

-Sprouts and sprouting – 60 min
-Green smoothie -20 min
-Raw vegan sushi – 20 min
-Green wraps – 10 min
-Raw soups – creamed of pumpkin soup. – 10 min
-Sun dried tomato sauce Pasta – 15 min
2nd class – ADVANCED RAW FOOD PREPARATION
Diary and gluten enzymes rich crackers and breads and advance dishes made with the dehydrator
Diary vegan alternatives:
Health damage of cow diary – 10 min
-Almond and nuts milks – 10 min
-Milk shake – 15 min
-Vegan cashew cheese – 15 min
-Raw breads and crackers:
-Flax seeds / almond crackers ( depends on availability of flax seeds) – 20 min
-Sprouted buckwheat / almond bread ( depends on availability of buckwheat) – 30 min
-Pesto stuffed mushrooms – 25 min
-Broccoli in cream sauce – 15 min
3rd class – Raw, healthy sweets and deserts
-Sugar, diary – free , vegan , healthy ,delicious deserts to be made easily at home
-Cakes – cheese, chocolate, fruits cakes
-Raw vegan ice cream – tropical,
-Chocolate – home made real chocolate with super foods
Dayal Shabtai is a Raw Food Chef with 15 years of experience in health food cooking. He lived many years in a health conscious community. In India where he was exposed and got experience in various alternatives natural healing therapies, detoxification techniques and health food preparation. He runs an Bio – Organic vegetarian restaurant in India for the last 2 years and had his own Organic vegan restaurant in Moshav Amirim in the Galil in Israel in 2009.
Since 2007 he started to transform his diet into Raw Living foods and get trained as a Raw Food chef. He was trained as a Raw Food chef by the Russell James academy. Today he shares his knowledge, experience and creativity and offers Raw Living Food education as workshops, event Raw Food catering vegan nutrition health consultation.
